We do know that sometimes returns are unavoidable due to defective items or a wrong choice. If you need to return a item, Please be sure to read our returns policy and guidelines carefully before doing so. We want to make sure an exchange or credit is just as pleasurable as the initial purchase.
All returns require an RMA number be issued FIRST. Please be sure to call us to insure that your return is acceptable and does not end up being refused and returned back to you.

All orders are usually shipped same or next business via UPS. All orders include tracking numbers and insurance.
Shipping and your Privacy:
All of our packages are packaged
discreetly and will arrive safely at your door or PO Box, in a plain USP box. The return address on your package is from "GG".
Returns up to 30 Days (defective items)
Up to 30 days, you may return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
Returns up to 90 Days (defective items)
Up to 90 days, you may still return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. The only charge you will incur is the actual shipping costs to send a new replacement out to you. Again, we will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide you the opportunity to choose a replacement of equal or greater value.
We are not responsible for refunds or replacements of shipments of orders that have been delivered and confirmed by the carrier used. If have not received your package, please contact us and we will confirm it's status. If you should not receive a package that is confirmed, we ask that you contact your carrier. If the tracking can not be confirmed we will duplicate the order at our expense and at our discretion. In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to customers error, We will resend the package and all additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event a package can not be resent, the order will be canceled and a restock fee of up to 10% will be deducted from your credit along with all shipping charges.
To avoid abuse of our policy, we reserve the right to charge up to 20% restock fee on all returns.
